October 2011: Charles attending a fringe meeting in the Manchester Conservative Party Conference organised by Jane Allen from the UK NGO led "Publish what you pay" campaign and hosted by Tobias Ellwood MP (both in photo). Charles participated in the debate and supports more transparency and accountability for countries producing oil, gas and minerals by publishing the true revenues in their national budgets, ensuring that these moneys benfit the peoples of these countries rather than funding conflict or fraud.
