September 2010: Charles discussing the state of the South African economy with President Jacob Zuma of South Africa immediately following his address to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament.

September 2010: Charles and fellow London Conservative MEP Marina Yannakoudakis with the President of the European Parliament, Jerzy Buzek MEP and two visiting London constituents at the Battle of Britain Anniversary Exhibition held in the European Parliament to commemorate those who lost their lives in the Battle 70 years ago.

September 2010: Charles and Marina Yannakoudakis MEP meeting retired RAF Group Captain Keith Ifould, the Director of the Development Project Campaign to build a Battle of Britain Commemorative Beacon at the RAF Museum in Hendon. Charles and Marina have both wholeheartedly agreed to support this valuable project which will not only honour those who lost their lives in the Battle, but will also be one of the tallest structures in Europe.

September 2010: Charles co-hosting an exhibition by London constituent Doros Partasides in the European Parliament, named 'Faces of Cyprus' which illustrates the rich culture of the Island state. To the left of Charles, co-host Marina Yannakoudakis MEP, and to the right Commissioner Androulla Vassilliou, Cypriot Commissioner for culture.

September 2010: Charles at the London (Farringdon) Head Office of Argus Media Group, an international business specialising in global energy price reporting and analysis, meeting Adrian Binks, Chairman and CEO, to discuss their concerns about proposed EU legislation on OTC financial transparency.

September 2010: Charles meeting with Members of the UK House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee in Brussels to discuss how national MPs and MEPs can combine to better scrutinise CFSP/CSDP matters. September 2010: Charles meeting with Dame Rosalind Marsden, EU Special Representative to Sudan and former British Ambassador to Sudan to discuss the proposed forthcoming referendum on South Sudanese independence

September 2010: Charles welcoming Minister Shin-Yuan Lai (Minister for Mainland Affairs) to Brussels in his capacity as Chairman of the European Parliament-Taiwan Friendship Group at a Roundtable discussion he hosted in the Parliament.

September 2010: Charles with Cllr Maighread Simmonds and Conservative Council candidate Gerard Hargreaves campaigning for the RBKC Cremorne ward by-election, a seat where Charles first stood as a candidate with different boundaries in 1994.
